Generally  Paper have different Size but in common printing business the size are like :

Study the books and their paper  like 1+1, 1+2, 1+3.
How to calculate coasting of books.
If you get 10 books order  to print of ¼ size 1+1 one Colour then calculate like this :
1.       DTP Charge, Generally for its charge Rs. 35 (Inclusive Proof and Final)
2.       Paper cost in single dummy you need 1000 ¼ paper, then purchse 250 sheets S.D. ist cost Rs. 0.80 approx, And for Second copy again you need 250 S.D. Sheets its cost 0.75 approx for 500 S.D. sheets your amount is Rs. 388 approx.
3.       Printing Cost for 1000 impression the charge Rs. 60 approx (Because Book is in Single Colour)
4.       Binding cost for ¼ size binding they charge Rs. 10 each book approx, So your amount is Rs. 100 approx
So your costing is 35+388+60+100=Rs. 583 that’s mean each books cost Rs. 59,
What you charge to coustomer generally ¼ size single colour 1+1 books if quantity is 10 or 20 market price is Rs. 85
